Welcome to the on-line public access catalog (Web-OPAC)of the library of First Baptist Church, Griffin, Georgia. It is our hope that you will find this a useful tool in locating library resources. Our library has over 13,000 items in our extensive collection including books, audiovisuals, and periodicals for all ages. Our church library is open for the community and church family as follows: Sunday Mornings 9:15-10:55 and 12:00-12:30 Tuesday Afternoons 1:00-3:00 Wednesday Evenings 6:00-8:00 (when activities are occurring at church). You may search our catalog by author, title, subject, or key word. Using the on-line catalog will assist you in finding just the right item. If you wish to look up the items you currently have checked out you will need to come to the library and set up a Personal Identification Number in your patron information. After setting up your PIN the library staff will also provide your patron number. With those two numbers you may use Web-OPAC to check what you currently have checked out.

In this Lenten season utilize the many thought provoking items in the library collection which can guide spiritual growth. During Holy Week and continuing in the month of April the church library will have a display of unique cross related items. Visit the main library during this holy season. Also be sure to visit our branch library in the coffee house reading room. The branch library is available whenever the coffee house is open.
